Rumer Willis is still pairing up her skirts with boots. For a night out with friends at the Sayers Club in Hollywood last June 14, Rumer decided to wear black moto boots with her maxi skirt with slits. We’re not sure what brand her shoes are but we’re guessing they are by Frye.
