Haylie Duff has been spending some time with her friend Ashley Tisdale this week. Over the weekend, the two went biking together. Then last Thursday (August 18), the two were spotted leaving Barneys in New York.

When the two went shopping, Ashley had on black skinny jeans, a white shirt, a gray cardigan, and flip flop sandals by Havaianas. Haylie, on the other hand, wore denim shorts, a gray tank top, brown knitted sweater, and brown fringe boots.
