Stella Hudgens and her sister Vanessa went shopping 2 days ago wearing teeny-tiny shorts. While Vanessa decided to wear platform open-toe pumps with her outfit, little sister Stella wore black suede booties.

With Stella wearing shorts, we were able to take a good look at her footwear so we were able to identify the brand of her boots.
